The well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, I am talking about none other than WhatsApp which making some big transformation, hence, as a result, it is showing a lot of interesting news to all its users. These improvements make this service even better and more user-friendly.

One of the most important thing that an instant messaging application like WhatsApp have to keep in mind is to become active, and some time to do so, it can cause problems for some users. Hence, as part of its deep shifts in its platform, the well-known instant messaging application, of course, WhatsApp will simply begin to delete all the older backups of its users.

However, it is not a shocking news, as the well-known and the most used instant messaging application, of course, WhatsApp in August of this year was already announced that data backups of their applications on Android would no longer be counted in the tech giant Google’s well-known cloud storage platform, of course, Google Drive.

As it was necessary to recover the space occupied by these older copies in Google Drive, as from November 12 the well-known and the most used instant messaging application WhatsApp has already started this procedure in which it is deleting all the older copies of chats of all its users. So, if you do not have the new backup of our chats then you should keep in your mind that all your chats are at risk, as WhatsApp going to delete them.

How to back up your WhatsApp messages?

To keep your backups active you must enable them and perform at least one new backup. So, to do this simply go to the Settings, then Conversations and then select Backups. In the end, you should perform a full backup. Moreover, there are other options that you can enable, making these backups automatic and periodic, consuming the least amount of data to perform.

Please note that this backup procedure should only be performed on Android devices. So, in the case of the tech giant Apple’s iOS, this data is stored in the tech giant Apple’s well-known cloud storage service, of course, iCloud.
